1. The service

Rezolvat is a platform connecting customers with independent professionals. Rezolvat does not provide the listed services and is not a party to the contract between customer and professional.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Bookings and payments

Bookings and requests are enquiries to the professional. Price and payment for the service are agreed directly with the professional. Rezolvat does not process payment for the service.

4. Conduct

Illegal, misleading or abusive content is not allowed. We may remove content or accounts that break the rules.

5. Liability

Rezolvat provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the quality of services delivered by professionals.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is published here.
